  1. I dunno about it being a dipping sauce but the mayo she is speaking of is probably Cupi Mayo, its basically any kind of mayo but with MSG. The MSG does make it taste better.

  3. This recipe is amazing. I love scallion pancakes but they are a lot of work to make and these taste very similar but have the added benefit of being very healthy! I usually tweak a recipe but I made this and the sauce with exact ingredients per the recipe and it was wonderful. Thanks Laura.

  4. Made these with regular green cabbage, they were great. I normally have 🇮🇳Indian type fritters with Basen flour and they r typically heavy. These, however, were light and good.
