  1. Laura I have made this 3 times and absolutely love it but have a problem with the sauce. The sauce comes out to thin. Also if you go by the recipe and don’t mix it enough it is to lumpy Help what is the problem??????? It’s not just me I gave the recipe to others and they have the same problem!!

  2. Ok, I made it – sooooooooo good, sooo simple, sooo healthy – wow! Your recipes are the best! I wanted to reduce carbs, so I just boiled chicken thighs, processed like you did but without broth and spices (since it was boiled, so already quite juicy), layed it in the casserole dish, sprinkled cheese on top and put for 10 mins in the 400F oven. Wow, so little work, but so much flavour! Thank you!!! Please keep posting such creative and delicious recipes! And, yes, you taught me to shred chicken – it was so soft and absorbed a lot of sauce! I prepared a lot of dishes from your recipes, and ALL of them were enormously delicious!

  5. Yay buffalo chicken! Thank you so much, Laura! I will definitely be making this! To shred chicken, I found that using a handheld electric whisk works just as well. I did that when I made your recent White Chicken Chili, Laura. That, too, was amazing! My neighbors loved it! Thank you so much, Laura!
