  1. "add (the insides) to soup or stew"? wtf is she staying? fully cooked broken potatoes will do nothing but fall apart in a soup or stew. "every single oven is SOOO different", I guess so in size and temperature, otherwise 'no' their not all that different. The size of the potato is different that's all.

  2. It's the towel drop for me at the end, haha haha!!!! Laura is THE BEST. I've been looking for a Potato Skins recipe that is easy and simple and finally ran into this one as well as her other one from 12 years ago. I went with this one because of the Dip, when you Dip, and we Dip… plus I wanted it served with an entree versus appetizer, and it was PHENOMENAL. Thanks Laura, you rock!!
