  1. Philly cream cheese is the ONLY cream cheese i use. Once or twice i found a store brand that was almost as good even comparable. But i cant remember which store or brands that were acceptable lol. Philly just taste the best and its texture is stand alone. Almost has a gritty texture? Can't describe it because its definitely not gritty but its not super smooth and glossy like others. Now other brands of whippped cream cheeses i can get down with just not regular. Lol i have no idea why i am making this comment. 😅

  2. I love raw and smoked salmon. Never had lox before but now I wanna try. I wanna make ALL of this. How do you store any leftover lox? And how long does it last. Thank you for your continued content. I have never wanted to make every recipe before until I found your channel.

  8. I shared this with a friend and he said that salmon could have tapeworms and parasites that are killed via cooking. I wonder how the cold-smoke kills parasites. I buy salmon from Costco, I wonder if this will be safe.
