    Still super good if you follow all the seasoning and other techniques shown here.

  2. Really Sam ZERO salt in the hash? That is asanine honestly. Potatoes need at least some salt and most of the time pepper for me. So those would have gone in with the rest of the seasonings

  3. I'm suppose to like MAX because he picks the knife give-a-way. I love Max! I love every episode because it is my go to as I close out my evening in front of the computer. Cocktail and Sam is always good. I eventually see every episode so I hope I see myname. Same says "impress Max" for the "big deal". I have to check to see my name… and sometimes I'm watching 4 year old episodes because I'm bingying on the episodes. Long post… sorry…. Have to check out the knives. Yes.. If you check my profile, I'm a producer/engineer. Sorry!

  4. Hey man. I’ve been watching your show every day for like 6 weeks man. I enjoy learning and I like the carne asada with soy sauce lol. I live in az. Keep doing what you do. Do you know a cannoli hack? The shells are my issue. Maybe a version in a stylish glass? Or something. You’re the cooking guy not me. Thanks for your version of food education. I appreciate it 👍

  6. A local breakfast joint has a dish they call the potato platter. Protein is bacon and ham, but I think this would be an epic version I need to try at home! The serve with two eggs, any style on the side with toast. And I wish they would crisp up the potatoes like you do, because that is how I like them 🙂

  7. Sam, I have to thank you for your amazing videos. I’ve been retired for 5 years now, and have found a few channels here that are impressive. Yours is at the top of my list. I have enough time on my hands to binge watch whatever interests me. Your videos are of much interest. I learn something, or am inspired to make a “version” of something I’ve seen here, every time I watch. Thanks again. Enjoying every minute of you, and the boys here in Mexico City.
