Really Sam ZERO salt in the hash? That is asanine honestly. Potatoes need at least some salt and most of the time pepper for me. So those would have gone in with the rest of the seasonings

A local breakfast joint has a dish they call the potato platter. Protein is bacon and ham, but I think this would be an epic version I need to try at home! The serve with two eggs, any style on the side with toast. And I wish they would crisp up the potatoes like you do, because that is how I like them 🙂
