New videos uploaded every MONDAY + WEDNESDAY + FRIDAY ❗️

We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. Where's your potato garden. Lol. Fries look epic every time you do them. Bagged, tato sliced, tato pressed its all good. Food is food. Skip steps if you can, take steps if you need. Whatever works for the best flavors in the moment is all you require. Cook. Eat. Repeat.

  2. hi there mr cooking guy, i found you while searching for chow mien. no need to double fry your french fries. i am the queen of home made french fries and my mom made them for me all the time growing up and soon learned how. And i always rushed to put them into hot oil, unknown to me at the time, that that is the best way to cook them in oil. Start them in cold oil, completely immersed in oil, and then turn the stove on medium high. no need to turn the heat down, and do not turn them for at least 10 min. this way, in cold oil, they poach, and then fry to a nice crisp just as you would get double frying them. trust me.

  3. Let's talk about the Nixon Watch…Time to upgrade??? Surely you are making enough dough to upgrade to a better wrist watch! Patek, A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piquet, NO Rolex please!!!

  4. Brought back some ooold memories from the 60's.
My Mom would make the basics (no triple meat, just grd rnd) with tater tots instead of fries.
The rest is almost exactly the same, but we didn't have mature taste buds so why bother with expensive stuff.
I remember it tasting as good as you looked like you enjoyed it.
So you've got real classic comfort food with heavy upgrades. Too good. YUM!

  5. love the uploads and information you provide, one thing I do not understand is the editors reasoning behind editing the vision of the perfectly finished product into black and white slow motion or something extra completely taking away from all the hard work Sam has put in, with 0 positive from these edits,(simply put these are terrible edits), year after year all I want is to see what it actually looks like when Sam says "wow look how good that looks", , editors please stop.

  6. Watched you for 3 years now. You changed my liife. My wife was always cooking before, but now? I’m the chef and i began to love cooking! Thank you Sam. I will always follow you. Greetings from Denmark
