  1. To help Make America Great Again at cooking, I've added a rough recipe below:
    Cook 1 tube of chorizo with diced onion, poblano, and red pepper for about 5 mins. Set aside.

    Dice a russet, par boil 5 mins, add to the skillet, try to get a sear on them.

    Then add a 28oz can of tomatoes and re-add the chorizo/vegetable mix.

    Season with S&P, Cumin, garlic or garlic powder, and chipotle chili powder.

    Bring to a simmer and cook off a little water.

    Add a generous amount of shredded cheese.

    With a ladle, push in 4 divots

    For each divot, crack in an egg and hit each with some S&P

    Cover with a lid until whites are firm.

    Garnish with Cilantro and avocado slices

    Serve with grilled or fried tortillas
