SAM THE COOKING GUY – Cream cheese is KEY as well as the can of diced tomatoes… the hubs added black beans, used the only cheese we had: yellow sharp cheddar. Tasted great… but served in a moat of… yeah.🤣

I can never find Chorizo that's that consistency. What am I doing wrong? What should I be looking for? I've purchased Mexican Chorizo, I near a major metropolitan city with a large Hispanic community, etc. But all the Chorizo I find it sausage style.

CAST IRON PANS ARE HARD TO CLEAN AND TO KEEP UP. I HAVE ONE BUT I NEVER USE IT BECAUSE IT GETS RUSTY IF I PUT OIL IT GETS TOO OILY
