  1. The lack of a Simpsons reference is honestly surprising. I also find it funny how in 2025, a "double boiler" tends to go unexplained, when Sam worked up a whole rig and explained it all.

Wait a minute. at 2:56 you said put the lid on it. if the burger patty is in the small iron pan and you put a lid on it, it wont steam. the pan will get hot because it is surrounded by the steam and the burger will cook no differrent than if you put it in an oven. the lid will keep steam from entering the interior of the pan. so, what's the deal?

  3. When you build/Assemble a Burger, does the order or placement of the condiments and veggies matter? (Example: Mayo on the bottom, then burger, then cheese, then lettuce, then tomato, then ketchup…)

  4. A two tier bamboo steamer would work great for this. One of the cheapest kitchen gadgets you'll ever love. No washing with soap, though…just wipe it down. Sam, you need to make some bamboo steamer recipes.

  5. No Maillard reaction, no thank you. I don't care how juicy it is. Maybe drop it in a pan long enough to caramelize the outer layer, and you could still retain the internal properties, just a thought. Just not attractive that way

  6. You cant say white?? Jesus you guys need to get out of californa that nonsense is corrupting your mind a grown man in a grocery store cant say white cheese cause the word white is bad now?? God help america this is where we are now smh
