Oh my goodness… That looks soooo good! Especially the combination with the arugula salad is extremely appealing for me. Definitely gonna try it. BTW: In Turkey we always put fresh herbs into our salads, my favorite herb is mint. It's so good in salads!
Edit: Just watched the end of the video… Sumach is just the best thing on salad, it goes especially well with arugula. Laura, you just hit the right note with this video! I love it!

Great vinaigrette foundation. Little minced shallot instead of the garlic (or with) and an anchovy made into a paste goes well. Especially in a dandelion saladβ¦. And donβt forget the fresh ground BP!!!!
