  1. Ciao signora. I grew up in Italy till I was 11 years old. My dad was a (Zappatore) contadino. Days he couldn’t work in the fields due to weather, he would make pasta e padane. one if my favorite besides pasta e piselli. Grazie mille signora for listening.

  2. Hi laura i knew napolitani added provolone cheese in the pasta ….any way thats the best food ever …however ,,,, you make it its all good …i love it with rice as well…❤❤love watching you ….

  3. I’m so glad I found you especially making this recipe as my mom and aunt always made, nowadays I noticed in Italy everyone adds a lot of different cheese to it which is delicious also but I prefer it just like you’re making it❤

  4. Bravissima !i am napoletana,great job,except…i put fresh Italian parsley instead of basil.
    I napoli they also put provola,but you can't find it here.
    Anyway,very good,just like i do it
