  1. Sam, I love your videos! Specifically, how completely authentic your videos are when you’re a “novice” chef, like me (I use more than my share of choice words). I’ve turned several guys onto your channel & they have continued to share with their friends & family. I have a question regarding cooking steaks. Typically, I would order my steak prepared “Medium.” However, now (do to a health condition) I have to have all meats & fish cooked to the appropriate temperature, so I order/prepare my steaks Medium-Well. How do you make sure that the steak is still tender & flavorful? 10:01

  2. Pro tip:
    Put w/e in the egg batter first and then in the flower.
    The batter will always stick while the flower won't.
    And at the end of the day, it's still an egg/flower mix no matter which one went first on the product.
