  1. Are you aware that MANY of your recipes are messed up on the website? Or maybe its google? Not sure but very often some VERY KEY INGREDIENTS are not even listed on the recipe! I've also seen the instructions come no where near the techniques that you use in the videos. It's so frustrating!

  2. Never stated oven TEMPERATURE and I’m sorry Laura but your website needs a redo. Too much advertising information. Maybe it’s because I’m using my phone to view but it’s really hard to use

  3. Thanks for the recipe! I’ve been watching your videos for 10 years. You taught me how to cook since I was a teen and now I consider myself advanced in the kitchen and love feeding my little family ❤

  4. Making this for Christmas! I don't feel like making a super complicated dinner this year, and I love the coziness of a good pot roast. ❤️ I'm attempting Yorkshire Puddings to go with it, too. I've never tried them, but they look so good!

  5. I'm trying this tomorrow. I noticed that the recipe calls for 8 cloves of garlic but you didn't use them in the video. Did you substitute garlic salt instead? I'm not sure what to do. The recipe says nothing about the apple cider vinegar, either, but I'm definitely including that! It looks amazing.

  6. Thanks for not adding flour on the roast before browning as so many others on YouTube do. What they don't understand is that flouring the roast before browning interferes with the maillard reaction and does nothing other than creating a burned bottom which only makes it more difficult to clean.

  7. My family loves mushrooms, so I added mushrooms to this at the same time as the potatoes, came out perfect. I also seared the meat in bacon fat (not too much) and choose to use the beef stock. Everyone loves this, the apple cider really rounds it out. Thank you.
