Making my mouth water!!
Laura, I've been watching you for 10 years and I used to think you were pretty back then, but you've only gotten prettier! Talented beauty <3
Are you aware that MANY of your recipes are messed up on the website? Or maybe its google? Not sure but very often some VERY KEY INGREDIENTS are not even listed on the recipe! I've also seen the instructions come no where near the techniques that you use in the videos. It's so frustrating!
Mine was no where near tender after 4 hours. What did I do wrong?
I would add all veg half through. Add to me in beginning makes veg just mush.
Great recipe. Bit if you use an instapot it comes out stringy
Never stated oven TEMPERATURE and I’m sorry Laura but your website needs a redo. Too much advertising information. Maybe it’s because I’m using my phone to view but it’s really hard to use
Looks good ❤
Is it in the oven covered or uncovered?
I wanna cook this for Christmas, but my father in law had a liver replacement and can’t drink any alcohol. What can I do to substitute the wine? Just add more broth?
How does the carrot not dissolve? I can't wait to make this! Your recipes NEVER fail me!
I made this recipe..
Superb…
Thx laura❤
I like ur pasta recipes 😊
I am making this tomorrow
I’m making moose roast the same way like you!😊😋🍽️
Thanks for the recipe! I’ve been watching your videos for 10 years. You taught me how to cook since I was a teen and now I consider myself advanced in the kitchen and love feeding my little family ❤
Making this for Christmas! I don't feel like making a super complicated dinner this year, and I love the coziness of a good pot roast. ❤️ I'm attempting Yorkshire Puddings to go with it, too. I've never tried them, but they look so good!
Did she use thyme spice or not?
Did I miss the oven cooking temperature? You mentioned 4 hours, but I didn’t catch at what temp. Anyone?
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE FOR THE SPICES I LOOKED ON THE RECIPE BUT IT DOESNT SHOW, ACTUALLY THE RECIPE IS MISSING SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS THAT LAURA USES IN THE VIDEO :-((
I'm trying this tomorrow. I noticed that the recipe calls for 8 cloves of garlic but you didn't use them in the video. Did you substitute garlic salt instead? I'm not sure what to do. The recipe says nothing about the apple cider vinegar, either, but I'm definitely including that! It looks amazing.
Thanks for not adding flour on the roast before browning as so many others on YouTube do. What they don't understand is that flouring the roast before browning interferes with the maillard reaction and does nothing other than creating a burned bottom which only makes it more difficult to clean.
I want to know all those spices in the bowl.
Absolutely delicious!! ❤
325 oven ✅
Yummy looks great .
Thank you for this recipe. I haven't been able to master a pot roast in my 41 years, lol, but this had so much flavor and depth! It's so simple, with fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Just messed up a pot roast earlier today. I'll try this approach next time 👌🏽
I never have leftovers either
Never mentioned the oven set?
Laura never misses. Followed this step by step today, thank you! ❤
I wish your ingredients on your website's recipe matched the ingredients on your video.
My family loves mushrooms, so I added mushrooms to this at the same time as the potatoes, came out perfect. I also seared the meat in bacon fat (not too much) and choose to use the beef stock. Everyone loves this, the apple cider really rounds it out. Thank you.
what oven temp you put this on?? My oven cooks fast
Thank you Laura
Did she mention what temperature the oven was at?
I'm assuming 300°.
Great pot roast! Cheers to you, Laura!😁
Making it a day ahead is a TEST in my house but I gotta try it!
What is the best way to reheat it if you make the day before?
Delicious!! I put very little rosemary and thyme because I don't enjoy the flavor, and it still came out amazing!
