I live in RI and I love Shrimp Scampi. Unfortunately, the restaurants here serve the dish flooded with "sauce", which is just like garlic pasta water 😒, shameful for state with a rich Italian heritage. I've taken to making it at home only and I love using shallots too. I'm going to give this recipe a whirl. Thank you!!
