  9. The recipe is excellent. However, I mixed it in a large bowl first before putting it on the tray. because I doubled the recipe for a larger crowd. Mixes much better. I also used cut up chicken thighs because they have more flavor and marinated the meat the night before in the seasonings.

  10. Hi Laura, I LOVE your recipes and videos!! But, I have a question, when you bake things like this in the oven, do you bake them on the lower rack or in the middle? I have a oven with the option of normal bake and convection.
