  1. I have been making carnitas for about 40 years now, and I have always browned the pork, then added a sauteed sliced onion, and a can of whatever beer to the pot. S&P, and cook. Now, with the Instant Pot, we can have this scrumciousness in less than an hour, instead of after having cooked it all day. PS: to easily get rid of the watery part of an egg, crack it into a small sieve. 🙂

  2. It would be so great if you did recipes. Books are okay but we're here.

    Instead of griping I'll help make america great cooks again by keying it in.
    .5 lbs boneless pork butt.
    Slice into segments
    Season with garlic, S&P, oregano, chili (or chipotle) powder, cumin.
    7 cloves of peeled garlic and half an onion.
    1C of liquid like beer, chicken stock, OJ, Lime juice,

    Lightly saute an onion and a scallion
    Chop some cilantro. Add 1/3 C sour cream.
    Add 1 Tbsp minced garlice. 1/2 lime. Dash of cumin. Splash of milk. Splash of worchestershire.

    Heat up some jarred queso. Season with salt pepper garlic. And pickle juice.

    Build
    In a skillet, add a layer of chips.
    Lay on the cheese sauce.
    Shred on some more jack cheese.
    Add scallion and carnitas.
    Break an egg into a bowl. Transfer to the top. Repeat three times.
    Bake at 350F for 15 mins.
    Add green onion, avocado, etc.

  3. Heres a challenge for you Sam.I love Nacho's, and deep fried everything. How about you create DEEP FRIED NACHO'S. Like take a crispy flour tortilla bowl, filled with all the nacho goodies, cover with a tortilla on top,and dip in a batter and deep fry. IT SOUNDS SO CRUNCHY YUMMY. COVER TOP WITH EVERYTHING……..what do ya say? BTW love your vids 🙂
