  1. I used to eat Taco Bell all of the time, but since Covid they don’t have nearly as much meat in their taco and burritos and salads. It is still tasty, but really want more meat like they used to have.

  2. So, you’re my FUC?ING FAV! I can’t handle mouth noises… it’s a serious thing.. lol… but you Sir, can take a big ass bite and still eat with your mouth closed! I actually love you for that and made you my FAV! I don’t need to ‘hear’ how crunchy something is! You’re awesome! Thanks for bringing so many wonderful meals to my family! ❤

  3. To be fair, if someone is going to slap you awake in the middle of the night and stick something in your face, you’re HOPING it’s Taco Bell. Taco Bell is literally your best-case scenario.

  4. Potsticker Frittata
    A little sesame oil and a little 3-1 oil in a 12 cast iron sauté pan
    Frozen potstickers arranged in an uniformed artistic manor
    Low heat add water 1/2 way up the potstickers
    Let get happy
    Slice up a big ass sweet onion or a few little guys 1/4 inch tight chop
    Olive oil generous in sautéed pan
    Drop a dollop of honey on your onions and start your caramelize
    Obviously stir and do that chef shit
    Orange-red-yellow and green bell pepper. Chopped up 1/4 inch tight toss into onions and let them get happy
    Watch your potstickers. When the water boils off go low and cook until the edges get milk chocolate brown and pull off heat.
    Add about the same amount of balsamic as you did honey mix after you pull off heat.
    Scramble 7 or 8 eggs
    Evenly add your onion peppers on top of your potstickers and pour on your eggs
    Give it a good shake. If you need more eggs now is the time.
    Around the perimeter generously sprinkle shredded Parisian cheese about 1 inch from the rim. Make a nice ring. Add a generous amount of shredded pepper jack and shredded cheddar. Make a design. How about a big S. Toss into a 400F oven until the cheese bubble to small patches of brown. Pull and let rest for 15 min and serve with Mae Ploy (love to hear you pronounce it) Sweet Chili Sauce in a small soy sauce dish on the side.

    As a side not it’s been six months I have been saying this
    After a full carrier in HVAC/R I decided this
    When I grow up I am going to be a cook on a tug boat.
    Two months ago I spent a week in San Diego Mid Town no rental car so I did not hit your restaurant
    Next week or so I ship out to my first 30 to 45 day “hitch” cooking on a tug boat 7 to 10 people 3 squares. Your show inspires me. Thank you.
    The above recipe I used on my interview and they said. That’s the energy and passion where looking for. So let’s call it Tug Boat Potsticker Frittata
