I love making garlic toast with cheese
Do these reheat well if you want to make them earlier in the day for dinner? Lastly, do you still rest it for another 45 minutes if you are using premade pizza dough?
If you know your yeast is fresh you actually don't need to let it bloom you can add it all to the flour but away from the salt

olive oil no butter? why don't you cook the garlic in butter before you add to knots?

Thanks for your recipe on making garlic Knots. I learned from my family who owned an Italian restaurant in Miami for many years. I worked there when I was young and here is the method we used, from pizza dough we made the strips and tied them in a knot and baked until they slightly turned brown, then brushed on vegetable oil, added thyme and garlic powder, done.To die for in my opinion. The restaurant was called Casinos. I guess they made them this way due to being a good size restaurant and having to make them fast.
