  1. I followed your recipe Laura what am I doing wrong and why did my garlic knots come out a little bit hard on the outside especially after they cool down they got even harder can you tell me why that happened

  3. Thanks for your recipe on making garlic Knots. I learned from my family who owned an Italian restaurant in Miami for many years. I worked there when I was young and here is the method we used, from pizza dough we made the strips and tied them in a knot and baked until they slightly turned brown, then brushed on vegetable oil, added thyme and garlic powder, done.To die for in my opinion. The restaurant was called Casinos. I guess they made them this way due to being a good size restaurant and having to make them fast.
