We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. Sam you are absolutely right, being a native Texan I can honestly say, in many parts of Texas those would be steak “fangers” LOL 😂… your recipe looks delicious and I’m going to try it. I tried Kent Rollins recipe too. Yours feels a lil easier 🙏🏻… plus I can nab some waygu like you did. I loved the hot sauce addition to the gravy and wet mix too. In central Texas we’d eat those with some white onion slices and jalapeños too 🙏🏻😜

  2. Dang Son look at These Kids…shout out to Sam, Max and Chance…I've lost sleep many nights telling myself just one more…just one more…I try to recreate 1 – 2 dishes weekly…and after I plate and taste my response is always "ohh my GOD"

  3. I would love to come hang out with you, Sam! I imagine you would be kind of like an awesome uncle! Of course, I can't afford to fly from Tulsa to San Diego or to pay for a hotel out there (though I have an aunt in San Ysidro that might let me crash with her while I'm out there, so the hotel might not be necessary anyways). I've learned so much from your videos; it would be amazing to be able to learn from you in person. And I'd love to try Not Not Tacos and Samburgers! It would also be great to be able to grab some things at Yaohan since the Asian markets near me don't carry most of the stuff I'd want to get. If you really want to bring a fan out there, I'm definitely up for it! You're the one who has inspired me to start my own cooking channel after I move into a new house next month, so it would be great to meet my inspiration!

By the way, just thought it was worth mentioning that this video released on my mother's birthday. Granted that was four months ago, but I thought it was noteworthy. I just started following you about a month or so ago, so I missed all your awesome giveaways, but I love most of your recipes (gone through at least 500 videos at this point). I'll have to go through and find something awesome to make for Mum this Mother's Day.

  4. I learned to make biscuits and gravy while taking culinary arts in jail. Another inmate who owned a restaurant outside of jail showed me to use the bacon grease and sausage grease for the gravy. It may be a culinary heart attack but the flavor is to die for

  5. Gonna have to be a Texas version of Uncle Roger. That sausage gravy would be great over biscuits, but doesn’t belong with steak fingers or a Chicken Fried steak which deserve a plain white gravy.
The steak fingers otherwise look good.
