We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. It takes 40 minutes to roast a chicken in an air fry MUCH longer than it takes to literally put stock and tomatoes on the stove bring to a boil and boil the chicken add the spices and wait. I'd argue the traditional way its actually far less time consuming. You just put everything in one pot let it simmer, take out the chicken and shred it, re introduce it and at the end at the corn and beans and done. You didnt save time here, you just found a way to basically take tortilla soup and add an extra 3000 milligrams of salt from the salsa hahahahahaha/

  2. Dude NO.. that is absolutely disgusting plus all the sodium in commercial salsa PLUS the broth. Thats nuts man. One serving of that probably has about 1500 grams of sodium in it. Might as well drink salt water. And if the idea was saving time this is actually much longer than the traditional way tortilla soup is made.

  3. All the haters, Go back to eating mcdonalds and taco bell then. Its a “fast” type meal. Same basic ingredients in a jar, different cheap quick approach.

Prob more than you think, restaurants do this as well.

  4. Hello Sam,
    Greetings from India.
    I love your burger/sandwich recipes.
I have a request for you for 2 of my favourite burgers.
One is TGIF's Signature Tennessee Whiskey Glazed Burger and the other one is Nando's Nandocas Choice Burger (Garlic Bread + Coleslaw + Peri Peri Chicken Breast + Cheese)
It would be great if you can guide us with home made Garlic Peri Peri Sauce too… and the Whiskey Glaze…
Seems like bit of a challenge but hope you are up for it… 🙂
    Thanks.
    Big Fan.
    Regards,
    Harman

  5. I think I am with everyone else on this one. I am a bit lost on how this was made. Hot Salsa? I looked up a few other soup recipes and they were wildly divergent from this one. The chicken I will definitely try in the near future. I'm scared you may throw a recipe with Brie Cheese in it sometime soon. I enjoy your vids so please don't move to the Hollywood elite crowd.

  6. Eating this now! Sooooooo… good. Of course we improvised. Baked a chicken breast but with the same spices Sam said. Used tortilla chips we had on hand. Added about a cup of Mexican style frozen veggies (I find soup a sneaky way to health-it-up). This is a great way to use up those half-jars of salsa you have cluttering your fridge. Thanks, Sam the Cooking Guy! Not only are my taste buds happy and tummy filled… I got to clean out the fridge a tad too!
