  2. We love Pollo Asado thighs. I've done them bone-in with skin and boneless skinless.
    Once done, let them rest, shred them, and then have the best chicken tacos of your life.
    Dress the tacos how you want. I am fine with just a little cheese (sometimes), lime, and cilantro.

  3. I love everything about your channel, BUT…. the sound of your knife clinking on the stone cutting surface makes my blood run cold like the wail of lost souls in eternal damnation.
