  1. Great recipe, my Dad used to make a version of this for all of us boys called Hungarian Goulash!

    Here’s a recipe to try…

    Kimchee and Shrimp Egg rolls

    Chopped Kimchee
    Chopped Poached Shrimp
    Chopped Green Onion
    Egg roll wrappers
    Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

    -Chop Kinchee , shrimp and green onion and combine in a bowl
    -Divide mix into egg roll wrappers and roll/ seal
    -Fry or bake til crispy and serve with Thai Sweet Chili sauce for dipping!

  2. i've seen black beans be smashed with butter, but USING THE CAN to mush them, from chefs at the restaurant i work at who said they got their techniques from their families in mexico
