Valentino's Pizza in my hometown, in Nebraska, does a cream cheese pepperoni pizza. It's literally one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I prefer it with sausage, though.
Looks pretty good. But I'd be loading it up with a whole whack more pizza toppings.
We've been enjoying this style at Joanies Pizzeria in St Louis for many years and it's been the best pizza hands down. However, hers is slightly different as the dough on top is paper thin and crispy. They closed the original location in Soulard in 2019 because she retired but they still have Joanies To-Go down the street! If you're ever in St Louis, give it a try.

Don't clip the dough hook in, just put it on and let it float on the shaft, it will be held up by the bottom of the bowl and that way the hook will scrape the bottom of the bowl and do a better job of mixing/incorporating. Cheers
