  1. Looking for the recipe that is supposed to be below.. Sam.. the boys are slacking off!! 😉

    3 tbsp Soy
    Juice of 2 Limes
    4 squirts olive oil
    good squirt of Sirracha
    tbsp honey
    some ginger
    good sized garlic clove
    salt and pepper

  2. Wax paper for the corn. Works great. Not as toxic as microwaving plastic warp. They won’t serve A5 wagyu to you less than medium done…I love a rare steak…but wagu is better medium….fat needs to render. Reverse sear once on a smoker then a pan….I’ll never cook steak any other way

  3. Doing corn on the cob on the BBQ, I always leave the husk on. Let them soak in water for at least 5 minutes first then just throw them straight on the grill until the husks start to blacken. The husk and hair basically falls off once it is cooked.
