  1. 6:10 funny story, cheese use to be orange because back in the day (over in Europe) they switch to cows milk ,which can make a cream too, that has a protein in that makes it orange when you make cheese or butter with the cream.

    The farmers wanted to sell both but that made the cheese white and people thought it had less quality.

    So they dyed the cheese to play a trick on us.

  2. I’ve had a few of these in the years that I lived in Iowa. They aren’t bad, but the lettuce is always wilted. They generally provide you with taco hot sauces like you would get it to Taco Bell, which really is a nice addition. Yours looks better because it hasn’t been in a box getting cold for 20 minutes. Just don’t forget the hot sauce. 😎

  3. I just came across this recipe, and I made it, and I loved it ~ pretty much exactly to a T (I did use some Monterey Jack). I've never actually been in a Casey's but I've driven by them and I can pretty much guarantee you just based on that that this is a better recipe. I think an additional idea would be to add some pickled Jalapeños which would make it more of a "Nachos Pizza" but I haven't tried that yet. BTW, isn't yellow cheese like Colby and yellow Cheddar just done with the addition of ground Anatto seed? I could be wrong, but that's not poison. Does it add anything? I don't think so. Keep up the good work lads!

  4. Living in Colorado the closest Casey's is 3+ hours away. And they are not just chips they are crushed Doritoes. No sour cream and they serve with packets of their own taco sauce. I get one every year when I visit my family in the Midwest.

  5. I live in Iowa and we love Casey’s pizza here! Who knew a gas station would have such phenomenal pizza! Their breakfast pizza is by far my favorite. They have regular with bacon or sausage and they have a sausage pizza that uses white gravy as the sauce. 🥰

  6. Would you try making the breakfast pizza from Caseys? The one with sausage, gravy, and cheese? A) you’ll love it, and B) we’d love to see how it’s done. Thanks in advance.

  7. They mix salsa with the beans. *More liquid) You should have used a squeeze bottle for the sour crram for even distribution and aesthetic purposes. Not just random globs of SC. (Gross) But Caseys dont even use sour cream anyways. They also use Doritos and not tortilla chips. Way too much meat. And they give you taco sauce to top the pizza. What kind of half assed research was this?
