  1. Adult hamburger helper, LOL. i love it. I am making this for my wife this weekend. The only thing i will do different is cooked the noodles in water traditionally style. I have never been a fan of noodles cooked in sauce. I Just do not like the texture. other than that no changes. this looks really good.

  2. ok so my oma and nana always made this for us but i hated how they did the onions they put in red onions so as soon as i got to the height of stove (ten-11) i was being taught how to make it basically what you are doing except it was a mix between olive oil and butter then usually high Temp season meat with salt so crispyfying the meat first, it was amazing ofc as i grew up i started tweaking here and there so i get rid of oil use butter 80-20 ground beef crisp both sides first with seasoning salt then break it down! high temp then make a circle of beef let the butter fat mix drain to the center of the pot add onions chopped then just sweat sweat until tender i tend to put sirachia at this point to kick things up then Tomato sauce with Papkria garlic and cream i tend to cook it for 3 hours and just keep an eye on it and it leads to slowly braised beef and creamy sauce then add what ever pasta you want cook in sauce until Al Dente and grate fresh parm

  3. I grew up with you, Laura. I've been following you since you had ~200K sub and watching you yourself grow as a content creator. Your style has legitimately gone from polished to I'm-a-mom-and-I-do-what-makes-the-most-sense-and-saves-the-most-time without sacrificing quality in your content, and I'm LIVING FOR THIS NEW ATTITUDE!!!!!! Lots of love from Vietnam!
