  1. Replace the stove top grill with a charcoal grill encompassing carbon de mesquite and thin cut chuck instead of flank steak. Now we’re on the right path for carne asada.

  2. I'm sorry but this isn't carne asada, this is carne a la plancha, maybe
    No grill = No carne asada

    You don't need to marinate carne asada either, also, lacking the salsa bandera, salsa tatemada, and a lot, honestly

    These seem like good tacos, but this ain't carne asada
