  2. What about the other side of the pita? Technically, the meat blood will have been absorbed by the bred… And is the meat has cook on the bred side????
    Also, on another episode (july 19 2019, greek feast ft. lamb,….), you suggested to remove all the water from the cucumber. You said "we don't want water in anything but water itself"…. Now you diced the cucumber instead of shred it and press it to remove the juice… That will bring some water to your tzatziki… 😛
    Just a thought.
    Beside, beard meat food don't say "let's do it" he says "let's get it"…
    I will do that recipe, don't misunderstand me. I love your recipe! Just a little smile 😁

  3. Made this for dinner tonight. It was the best! We moved to the country 9 years ago and I haven't had a decent gyro since. Although it was made with burger, it was to die for and cured my craving. Thanks for the video.

  4. Does it drive anybody else nuts when you see videos like this and the mise en place doesn't get used up all the way? That just me? Just throw the whole thing in there

  5. I have tried and learned so much from you Sam. I did this with a leg of Lamb I grounded up and seasoned according to your recipe and it was magical i used your naan recipe and tizki from your Greek Chx meal video a couple of years ago. Made many people happy. Thnx
