  1. Very tasty! I've made this twice now, second time it turned out even better ^_^
    The first time I had an issue where the Hing hit the oil away from the Cumin Seeds and immediately clumped, I think it didn't get much chance to permeate before adding the Tomatoes. Second time I made sure to drop it onto the crackling Cumin Seeds which diffused it nicely, the flavor seemed more complete this time

  4. Ma'm i like your recipies very much. But i think you need to adjust the angle of your camera for a better closeup of pan. We can't see properly in the current angle 🙁

  5. Just made this for dinner tonight, as in checked my emails about an hour and a half ago and decided this was for dinner. Cheated a bit with canned four bean mix, canned tomato and dried biyadagi chillies so will have to cook again with non-canned and dried foods. very tasty.
