Omg the way she says prosciutto πππ

I tried your recipe on Christmas Eve and it was very delicious! Thank you for your inspiration β€οΈ
Laura, this is magnificent! Wow!
We made this for Christmas Eve, but adjusted the recipe for small pieces of beef (individual sized Wellingtons). It turned out SO delicious, everyone loved it!!! Thank you Laura β€οΈ
I made this and it turned out well. I love salt but I have to say, it was really salty. I think it was the prosciutto. I salted the beef tenderloin as shown and salted the mushrooms a bit to draw out the moisture but when we were done the forkfull of beef, mushroom, and puff pastry wrap with the prosciutto was way too salty. Really salty. What do you think can be done to mitigate the salt. I know the beef needs to be salted. Any tips appreciated.
Why put two sprigs of thyme? I get the βpresentationβ but at least take the leaves off to garnish. No one is eating the stem. Looks good though
I can see Gordon Ramsay saying, this is delicious π good job
Am sorry I can't eat pink meat.
I mean it's gordon Ramsay's recipe lol
I wish I could handle eating medium rare or rare beef or meat in general π it has to be well done βΉοΈ

We bought a whole tenderloin just yesterday, ($16.99/lb.), but I cut it up into steaks. I have never made wellingtons, maybe itβs time to try!
