First time growing zucchiniโs and happy with the results Iโd like to make fritters. How soon do you have to use the flowers once harvested in the morning?
Can you put them in the fridge and cook them for lunch?
How does a chick make an egg?
Seems to me all mommas do NOT measure , its pitch and toss,,
Canโt wait to make these this year ๐
YOU SHOULD CUT THE FLOWERS IN THE MORNING WHEN THEY'RE OPEN ….SO YOU CAN CLEAN THEM APPROPRIETLY
iโve never seen anyone use yeast in their batter for a zucchini blossom, thatโs so interesting
This is why everyone wants to be Italian. Lol!!
Last time I had these was on Capri before the pandemic. I have to see if my market has them and make my own.
Oh my god I remember watching the original zucchini fritter video with Nonna YEARS AGO!
Tried those in Italia ๐ฎ๐น 2 years ago and I was ๐คจ, but they are SO TASTY!
I love your videos! Have you ever made your own salami? Or pancetta ?
Hey Laura, i don't know but Have you Tried Bell Pepper Fritters.
ฮฅesterday someone gave me around 300 flowers
We actually put anchovies inside of them
Absolutely delicious! May I ask, never heard of testing temp of oil with handle of fork. How does that work? Thanks
Wowww amazing recipe loved it ……๐คฉ๐คฉ mouthwatering
Stuffed zucchini flower fritters are really popular in Vietnamese cuisine! I had no idea it's also popular in Italy! Thank you so much ๐ They are wonderful!
Salivating
Beautiful !!
Laura, while we were in Greece they served the flowers filled with rice and what looked like tiny pieces of red and green peppers. Tasted so delicious and wanted to make them when we got back home…but no one had the flowers. Even some of the farms don't sell them. Your explanation of the male and female plant was spot on!!
I've gotten 4 zukes so, but an abundance of flowers. Can't wait to try !
Hello Laura. I would like to see you make a garden spread that can go with crackers or for a bagel.
It's funny I never remove the central part/stem, I find that is the sweetest part of the flower! I only wash them, check for insects, and pick at the green parts on the outside of the flower… that's how my Nonna always did โบ๐๐๐๐๐
I love that your videos now feel more personal. We get your wonderful personality even more so now than before.
I had ate this before it's very tasty really love it ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ค๐ค
You have motivated me to make zucchini fritters. I have a bunch of zucchini!
Is it wierd she looks a little like Monica geller and cooks
I laughed when you couldn't get the bee out so you just threw him off screen
This is pretty cool! I never knew you can eat zucchini flowers. We planted 3 bushes in our garden this year and thereโs so many flowers. Definitely giving this a try!๐ฅฐ
