  1. First time growing zucchiniโ€™s and happy with the results Iโ€™d like to make fritters. How soon do you have to use the flowers once harvested in the morning?
    Can you put them in the fridge and cook them for lunch?

  2. Laura, while we were in Greece they served the flowers filled with rice and what looked like tiny pieces of red and green peppers. Tasted so delicious and wanted to make them when we got back home…but no one had the flowers. Even some of the farms don't sell them. Your explanation of the male and female plant was spot on!!

  3. It's funny I never remove the central part/stem, I find that is the sweetest part of the flower! I only wash them, check for insects, and pick at the green parts on the outside of the flower… that's how my Nonna always did โ˜บ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
