    Every time a recipe calls for vegan cream, I just don't know what to use since I can't find it at my local grocery shop.

  4. That's so odd what you say about the gray color. I have been making vegan mashed potatoes with russet potatoes for years and I have never had that issue. I have used a variety of plant-based milks.
