  1. Here in Texas is served with mayonnaise, crema ( like the liquid butter) the cheese, Valentina sauce and whatever other sauces you like to put on top it. ( lime also). I’ve never had it with chives or cilantro. This is an interesting take that I will try out. Thanks Laura!

  3. I want to tell you about a salad that I had this evening; The ingredients are chunks of watermelon, small slices of red onion, and small fresh mint leaves, as much or as little as you like, and a lot of feta cheese sprinkled over top. Delicious!

  5. GIRL their is a type of corn that is from the capital city of Mexico, they boil the corn along with beef bones for a long time and they serve it with some of that bone broth along with all the typical ingredients lime, cotija, chile, etc…. but it soooooo good like that

  6. I made this last week and i love it so much. In mine I use sour cream with smoked paprika, a little Mexican chilli powder and cumin with the lime juice to make the β€œdressing” and I use a good hard feta (we don’t get authentic Mexican ingredients in Australia so I have to substitute) but it is still delicious
