  1. My eggs always come out too moist so much liquid isn't even raw it's just so juicy it is a problem, because it's just a puddle of egg moisture in the middle of the plate and when I try to fix it, it comes out dry Can anyone help me with this?

That is exactly how we eat our scrambled eggs in rural Kentucky , we call them scrambled wet , not those overcooked rubbery eggs & the worst thing I have seen is folks put ketchup on them , that just ain't right, btw we do not have/add that cheese , but we do have the farm fresh eggs with the rich golden yolks
