  1. YUM…have you tried Atta flour, or Einkorn organic flour. Maybe Atta flour is only for chapatis? Einkorn is made in Italy, without pesticides and is not a hybridized wheat. Hybrid wheat is very high in sugar content. The Einkorn organic is very very tasty. USA wheat is hybridized, high sugar content and not as much flavor. Thank you for the lovely videos.

  2. Thank you Manjulaji. I was looking for an Achari Mathri recipe. Some one had told me that they used the excess oil from a pickle jar for this to give flavour 🙂
